Sam Fout is an animator and illustrator based out of the US. His work can be seen in a vast array of projects, including the Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law pilot for Cartoon Network, The Ambiguously Gay Duo for Saturday Night Live, and The Proud Family for Disney.
Sam’s art also appears in various web projects (like Footjoy’s Golf Gods) and video games (such as Disney’s Spy Kids Interactive), as well as countless commercials, TV spots and publications.
Currently, Sam is hard at work bringing the Project: Neptoon saga to the masses. In addition to telling the story in print worldwide every month, Sam is feverishly developing scripts for a possible Neptoon motion picture and TV series.

Simone Legno was born in Rome / Italy (June 1977) and he has always loved drawing, ever since he was a kid and had boxes full of chewed, broken, unsharpened pencils. In 2004, Simone moved to Los Angeles to develop his own tokidoki apparel, art and lifestyle licensing brand with 2 business partners (Ivan Arnold and Pooneh Mohajer Arnold). tokidoki was first launched as a clothing line, and its amazing success in California led to other tokidoki items such as: Vinyl Toys, art-skateboards, pin badges, iSkins, jewelry, watches, knitwear, sportswear, accessories, shoes, stationery and many more to come.
Tokidoki (which means “sometimes” in Japanese) has collaborated with other brands like LeSportsac, Smashbox cosmetics, Fornarina, New Era and more to come (now preparing tokidoki for Hello Kitty and tokidoki for Onitsuka Tiger). Simone designed the creative concept for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week L.A. 2005, the main fashion event in LA and West Coast and Pool Tradeshow in Las Vegas (Aug 2006).

TOUMA is a Japanese character designer who is renowned for his designs, including the wildly-popular Knuckle Bear, as well as Skuttle, Talons, Snout, Hell Hounds, BOO and many more.
TOUMA worked for a famous video game company for about 10 years and involved in producing games and creating characters. He became a free lance figure artist in 2002 and participated actively in art events to release his works in Japan. A toy maker found TOUMA’s work in Design Festa 2002 (Japan) and released his most important work, KNUCKLE BEAR(R) in 2003.
KNUCKLE BEAR(R) became well known to not only in Japan but Taiwan, Hong Kong, America and Europe.

James Fong, or otherwise known as Ultraman, is a Hong Kong-based illustrator who has over 10 years of experience in advertising. Known for his Astro boy-inspired designs and customs, Ultraman is renowned in the Hong Kong figure design scene, particularly for his little metal-like figures, affectionately known as Mini Iron Child (MIC), which debuted at the famous HK ToyCon 2002. Since then, the designs have not stopped coming. His passion for old-skool tin toys and metal products led to his trademark style.
Ultraman also runs a design collective with Danny Chan called “IND HK”.
WINSON MA (HONG KONG)

Winson Ma has been working in the commercial arts industry for many years. In 1999, Winson helped his friend Dr. Rebecca Lee by working as a Creative Designer of the Hong Kong Polar Wonderland of Polar Museum Foundation. In 2000, he set up “Brothersfree” with two friends, mainly responsible for designing action figures and crossover with other famous brand names to create action figures for exhibitions. In 2005 Dec, he set up his own brand ‘Winson Classic Creation’ for designing his own creative action figures, art toys & character design. His first creation of 12” action figure series was called “Apexplorers”.
